Contact and order forms: name, email address, phone (where requested), company name and VAT ID (for company-invoiced orders), and the content of your message. We use them exclusively to reply to your request and, where applicable, to issue the invoice. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for invoicing, legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Technical data: when a form is submitted we record the IP address as an anti-abuse measure (basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). The browsing session may retain the source of your visit (UTM parameters), used only to know where the request came from.
What we do NOT do: we do not add you to marketing lists, do not send unsolicited newsletters, and do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
The site uses one functional cookie for your preferred language (language) and
browser local storage for the display theme (dark/light). These do not identify you and do not
track your browsing on other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.
Messages sent through the forms reach us by email, using our hosting and email servers located in the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Business correspondence is kept as long as necessary to handle your request and maintain the commercial relationship. Accounting documents (invoices) are kept for the legally required periods. You may request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at office@bav-itsolutions.ro — we reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.
